An agency layer on top of every brand
Agency administrators manage every brand under the agency, create new ones, archive and restore them, and see across the portfolio. Brand-level roles still sit underneath.
Client sign-off stays the client's
An agency administrator acts as the brand's owner, and only as owner. If a stage is set to the client's approver role, the agency that wrote the post cannot clear it, however senior.
Clients approve without a password
Each approver gets a signed, single-use link bound to one post and one revision. Opening it decides nothing. Only a button press does. You never pay for a client seat.
Archive, don't delete
Archiving a client brand cancels anything already booked with the publishing service and stops it from posting. Restoring un-books anything that went stale in the meantime, so a brand never fires a month of old posts at its audience.
