Paid campaigns
Run paid social with a human on the budget.
Every other approval in Brandvyo is a person agreeing to words. An ad asks them to agree to spend. So the approval is bound to the budget, the schedule, the targeting and the creative together, and a monthly cap checks the maths independently.

Waiting for approval
Budget, schedule, targeting and creative are approved together. Change any one and the approval is cleared.
How it works
From idea to live campaign
- 1
Connect
Connect the ad account behind your Facebook page. Meta needs ads access and a payment method on its side.
- 2
Draft
Set the budget, schedule, targeting and creative for the campaign.
- 3
Approve
An approver reviews all four together and types the budget figure back to confirm.
- 4
Cap check
At submission, your monthly cap is checked against spend so far plus this campaign. Over the cap, it is refused with the numbers shown.
- 5
Monitor
Spend, clicks, cost per click, cost per conversion and click-through rate sync into your reports.
Guardrails on the money
Designed around the one button that spends your money
Approval covers the spend
Budget, schedule, targeting and creative are bound together. Change any one after approval and the approval is cleared and the campaign goes back to review. The database enforces this, and the submit path re-checks it before anything reaches the ad network.
Monthly spend cap
Owners and admins can set a monthly ceiling per brand. Approval and cap are two independent checks: an approved campaign is still refused if the month would go over. The arithmetic is deliberately pessimistic, assuming the full budget over every remaining day.
Pause fast, resume carefully
Pausing needs no approval and anyone who can work on ads can do it, because nobody should have to find an approver to stop money going out. Resuming starts spend again, so it goes back through approval.
Type the figure to approve
Approving asks the approver to type the budget back into a box. It is the one button that commits your money, and a mis-click on it cannot be undone the way an unsent post can.
Failures wait for a person
If a campaign fails to create, a person decides what happens next, never an automatic retry. If the outcome is ambiguous, such as a timeout, we say plainly that a campaign may already exist and to check the ad account first.
Historical spend never disappears
Campaign figures sync into your own records, day by day. If a campaign is removed at the network, its history stays in your reports.
Reporting
Paid and organic, side by side
Your executive summary includes ad spend, cost per click, cost per conversion, CPM and click-through rate over the same date range as the organic figures, with the best and worst cost per conversion for that period.
We never invent a number. A rate with nothing to divide by shows blank or “no conversions tracked”, never a confident $0.00. And we never claim paid beats organic or the reverse: they do different jobs.
Where things stand today
- Create and manage campaigns: Facebook and Instagram, through Meta
- Read and report spend: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and X, counted towards your monthly cap
- Not yet: creating campaigns on other networks, and boosting an existing post as an ad. These are on the roadmap and the app offers no button that would fail
Paid campaigns are available as an add-on on Growth and Agency, and included in Enterprise. You need ads access and a payment method set up at Meta.
